Khám phá các yếu tố thành công chính để thực hiện trách nhiệm xã hội của doanh nghiệp cho ngành xây dựng Việt Nam

Ngành xây dựng đóng góp lớn vào nền kinh tế quốc gia nhưng đồng thời cũng tạo ra những tác động tiêu cực tới môi trường và xã hội, đặt ra một yêu cầu về việc thực hiện trách nhiệm xã hội của các tổ chức xây dựng. Nghiên cứu nhằm mục đích khám phá các yếu tố thành công chính (CSF) đối với việc thực hiện trách nhiệm xã hội của doanh nghiệp (CSR) trong bối cảnh ngành xây dựng Việt Nam. Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp hỗn hợp, bao gồm tổng quan hệ thống theo quy trình PRISMA để xác định các yếu tố tiềm năng, phỏng vấn bán cấu trúc và thảo luận nhóm với các chuyên gia trong ngành xây dựng để hiệu chỉnh và chia sẻ kinh nghiệm liên quan tới các yếu tố thành công chính phù hợp với môi trường xây dựng Việt Nam. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã xác lập 5 nhóm CSF bao gồm: (1) chiến lược và lãnh đạo; (2) nguồn lực và năng lực nội bộ; (3) gắn kết và truyền thông; (4) phát triển con người; (5) quy trình và sự chuẩn bị. Về mặt lý thuyết, các phát hiện nhấn mạnh rằng sự cam kết thực chất của ban lãnh đạo và khả năng tích hợp CSR vào chiến lược cốt lõi là những khía cạnh quan trọng nhất để doanh nghiệp thực hiện CSR. Về mặt thực tiễn, nghiên cứu cung cấp một khung yếu tố cần thiết để các tổ chức xây dựng đẩy nhanh quá trình thực hành CSR, tạo môi trường xây dựng có trách nhiệm và bền vững tại Việt Nam.
