Tổng quan về sử dụng cốt liệu xỉ thép ở vật liệu xi măng trong xây dựng mặt đường

Tóm tắt

Bài báo tổng quan các tính chất của vật liệu xi măng mặt đường sử dụng cốt liệu xỉ thép (SSA), bao gồm vật liệu gia cố xi măng (CTBA), vật liệu cường độ thấp có kiểm soát (CLSM), bê tông đầm lăn (RCC) và bê tông xi măng (PCC). Kết quả cho thấy SSA có khối lượng riêng lớn (2,80–3,44 g/cm³), độ hút nước cao (1,5–10%) góp phần hỗ trợ dưỡng hộ bên trong và khả năng chống mài mòn tốt với độ hao mòn giảm 21–40%, do đó phù hợp sử dụng trong vật liệu mặt đường. Độ trương nở phụ thuộc chủ yếu vào hàm lượng CaO tự do (0,5–10%) và cần được kiểm soát dưới 1% để đảm bảo ổn định thể tích. SSA có thể thay thế cốt liệu thiên nhiên trong khoảng–5100%, với hiệu quả rõ rệt thường ghi nhận ở khoảng 30–50%. Đối với CTBA, cường độ chịu nén tăng 22,7–45,9% và co ngót giảm 12,9–32,8%; trong khi đối với RCC, tỷ lệ thay thế dưới 50% thường cho hiệu quả tốt và SSA mịn có xu hướng cải thiện cường độ kéo uốn. Tuy nhiên, tính chất vật liệu phụ thuộc loại SSA và trạng thái xử lý và có thể suy giảm khi hàm lượng SSA tăng. Bài báo cũng đề xuất các hướng nghiên cứu để tăng khả năng ứng dụng của xỉ thép trong xây dựng đường, đặc biệt đánh giá đặc tính CLSM ứng dụng làm tầng móng mặt đường.
