Đánh giá khả năng ứng dụng của AI trong quản lý hợp đồng xây dựng
Tóm tắt
Xử lý ngôn ngữ tự nhiên (Natural Language Processing - NLP) ngày càng được ứng dụng rộng rãi trong quản lý hợp đồng xây dựng. Tuy nhiên, các nghiên cứu hiện nay chưa khảo sát và so sánh một cách hệ thống ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố như sử dụng mô hình đã được tiền huấn luyện (pre-trained model), kiến trúc đơn nhiệm hay đa nhiệm, cũng như mối quan hệ giữa các yếu tố này, quy mô dữ liệu và hiệu suất mô hình (accuracy, F1 score, tỷ lệ hài lòng và tỷ lệ thành công). Khoảng trống này làm hạn chế cơ sở tham khảo định lượng cho việc lựa chọn kiến trúc mô hình và chiến lược huấn luyện phù hợp với từng bài toán NLP trong quản lý hợp đồng xây dựng. Để giải quyết những giới hạn này, nghiên cứu này tổng quan có hệ thống 124 bài báo về ứng dụng NLP trong quản lý hợp đồng xây dựng, phân loại theo nhóm tác vụ, loại tài liệu và phương pháp, đồng thời xem xét ảnh hưởng của mô hình tiền huấn luyện, quy mô dữ liệu huấn luyện và kiến trúc đơn nhiệm/đa nhiệm đến hiệu suất mô hình. Kết quả cho thấy phân loại văn bản là nhóm tác vụ phổ biến nhất (60%), điều khoản hợp đồng là loại tài liệu được nghiên cứu nhiều nhất (46%), trong khi các mô hình học máy (Machine Learning - ML) chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất (26%) và Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) cùng các biến thể đạt hiệu suất trung bình cao nhất (89%). Các mô hình tiền huấn luyện có lợi thế rõ rệt khi dữ liệu gán nhãn hạn chế, trong khi mô hình đa nhiệm cho thấy hiệu quả tốt hơn ở quy mô dữ liệu trung bình. Bên cạnh đó, nghiên cứu đồng thời chỉ ra các hướng nghiên cứu nhằm phát triển mô hình ngôn ngữ chuyên ngành, bộ dữ liệu chuẩn hóa và công khai, dữ liệu hợp đồng xây dựng tiếng Việt, cũng như các kiến trúc đa nhiệm để nâng cao khả năng ứng dụng thực tiễn.
