Tóm tắt

Hiện nay, báo cáo ESG đã bắt đầu chuyển từ tự nguyện sang bắt buộc đối với các doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ. Tuy nhiên, quá trình tích hợp ESG đang bộc lộ những rào cản chung đối với các doanh nghiệp SME nói chung và nhà thầu phụ SME nói riêng về giới hạn nguồn lực, hệ thống quản lý dữ liệu mơ hồ và tính không chắc chắn về quy định. Do đó, nghiên cứu này cung cấp một bộ khung các yếu tố thành công cốt lõi (CSFs) dành cho nhà thầu SME tích hợp ESG trong giai đoạn tiền triển khai tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp định tính khám phá, kết hợp giữa tổng quan tài liệu và tham vấn chuyên gia. Kết quả thu được bộ khung gồm 19 yếu tố CSFs, chia làm 4 trụ cột chiến lược, trong đó năng lực nội tại (trụ cột 2) và tư duy và năng lực thượng tầng (trụ cột 4) mang tính quyết định. Bộ khung này là hệ quy chiếu giúp ban lãnh đạo SME ra quyết định trong việc phân bổ nguồn lực hợp lý trong giai đoạn tiền triển khai và làm tiền đề cho các nghiên cứu định lượng tiếp theo.
