Research on the causes of water leakage, chloride ion leakage, and solutions for repairing clean water tanks
Abstract
Currently, clean water tanks are mainly constructed with reinforced concrete structures. With reinforced concrete structures, after a period of use, there is a phenomenon of water leakage, chloride ion leakage leading to the deterioration of the structure, reducing its lifespan. In particular, the corrosion and erosion reduce the quality of the water supply source, causing serious consequences for public health. This article conducts a survey of some freshwater tanks to identify the causes of water leakage, chloride ion leakage, in order to propose solutions for repairing the damage to clean water tanks.
