Abstract

In the field of tourism and hospitality, the investment efficiency of a project is an important factor for investors and project managers to evaluate and make decisions. The analysis and evaluation of the investment efficiency of a hotel project requires the application of accurate research methods and the use of accurate data to draw conclusions and recommendations that are based on evidence. In this context, this study focuses on analyzing the investment efficiency of the M Garden City Hotel project. This project was selected for study due to the potential for tourism and hotel development in the local area and the interest of investors in this field. The study aims to determine the level of efficiency of the project and to provide specific recommendations for stakeholders. To conduct the investment efficiency analysis, the study applies the ROI (Return on Investment) method. In addition, risk analysis is also carried out to assess factors that may affect investment efficiency.
