Thiết kế vì phát triển bền vững trong môi trường xây dựng: Khái niệm, đặc điểm và phạm vi tiếp cận

Tóm tắt

Thiết kế vì phát triển bền vững (Design for Sustainability – DfS) ngày càng được quan tâm trong bối cảnh ngành xây dựng đối mặt với các thách thức liên quan đến biến đổi khí hậu, phát thải carbon, suy giảm tài nguyên và yêu cầu chuyển đổi bền vững của môi trường xây dựng. DfS được sử dụng ngày càng rộng rãi nhưng vẫn tồn tại tình trạng phân mảnh khái niệm và chồng lấn học thuật, đặc biệt khi được chuyển dịch từ lĩnh vực thiết kế sản phẩm sang môi trường xây dựng. Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm làm rõ khái niệm, đặc điểm và logic tiếp cận của DfS trong môi trường xây dựng thông qua phương pháp tổng quan tài liệu tích hợp. Nghiên cứu tổng hợp, phân tích các công bố quốc tế liên quan đến DfS nhằm nhận diện sự phát triển khái niệm theo thời gian, các logic tiếp cận chủ đạo và những đặc điểm đặc thù của môi trường xây dựng ảnh hưởng đến DfS. Kết quả cho thấy DfS đã mở rộng từ các tiếp cận giảm tác động môi trường ở cấp độ sản phẩm sang các tiếp cận tích hợp, vòng đời, đa bên và định hướng hệ thống. Nghiên cứu đồng thời chỉ ra rằng DfS trong môi trường xây dựng cần được diễn giải và triển khai khác với DfS định hướng sản phẩm do các đặc điểm về tính dự án, vòng đời, cấu trúc đa bên, bối cảnh và dòng thông tin. Trên cơ sở đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất hiểu DfS trong môi trường xây dựng là cách tiếp cận ra quyết định tích hợp, trong đó các mục tiêu môi trường, xã hội, kinh tế và khả năng chống chịu được chuyển hóa thành yêu cầu và lựa chọn thiết kế đối với công trình và hạ tầng trong phạm vi vòng đời xác định, thông qua sự phối hợp giữa các bên liên quan và việc sử dụng thông tin phù hợp với bối cảnh dự án.
