Abstract

Preparation and management of urban development area proposals play an important role in urban development projects. It should be a professional job. To do this, we need a comprehensive assessment to come up with appropriate solutions. At that time, it is necessary to systematize the process to make a proposal dossier from applying for approval of the policy of the competent authority to approving, serving as a basis for management. The study helps the practitioners have an overview of the process of management planning and implementuation. It could help improve the work efficiency and the quality of the dossier to propose development areas for urban development in Tien Giang province.
