Phân tích các nguyên nhân dẫn đến sự trao đổi thông tin kém giữa các bên liên quan trong các dự án xây dựng nhà cao tầng trên địa bàn TP. Hồ Chí Minh

Nghiên cứu này tập trung phân tích các nguyên nhân dẫn đến sự trao đổi thông tin kém gữa các bên liên quan trong các dự án xây dựng nhà cao tầng tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Dựa trên các nghiên cứu trước đây và ý kiến chuyên gia, nghiên cứu này đã xác định được 30 nguyên nhân. Sử dụng phương pháp RII (Relative Importance Index), nghiên cứu nhận dạng được 5 nguyên nhân nổi bật nhất dẫn đến trao đổi thông tin kém bao gồm: “Truyền đạt thông tin dự án không chính xác”, “Chỉ dẫn thi công/ thông tin kỹ thuật không chính xác”, “Lập kế hoạch và phối hợp các bên liên quan kém hiệu quả”, “Thiếu sự hiểu biết chung giữa các bên liên quan”, “Chất lượng bản vẽ kỹ thuật kém”. Kết quả nghiên cứu cung cấp cơ sở để các bên tham gia dự án nhận diện rõ ràng các nguyên nhân dẫn đến sự trao đổi thông tin kém, từ đó đề xuất giải pháp nhằm cải thiện hiệu quả trao đổi thông tin và giảm thiểu tác động tiêu cực đến hiệu quả thực hiện dự án.
