Quản lý rủi ro động đối với tiến độ thi công xây dựng: Khung lý thuyết tích hợp

Rủi ro tiến độ thay đổi cùng điều kiện thi công và chịu ảnh hưởng của các biện pháp quản lý đã thực hiện. Bài báo đề xuất khung lý thuyết tích hợp để mô tả quá trình này, dựa trên tổng quan có chủ đích 34 tài liệu và phân tích khái niệm. Sáu nền tảng được sử dụng gồm quản lý rủi ro liên tục, mạng tiến độ, tư duy hệ thống, suy luận Bayes, điều khiển phản hồi và ra quyết định dưới bất định. Khung xác định bốn thuộc tính: quan sát theo thời gian, cập nhật kế thừa trạng thái trước, biểu diễn phụ thuộc và độ trễ, phản hồi từ hành động. Các cấu phần gồm bối cảnh, bằng chứng, trạng thái rủi ro tiềm ẩn, kết quả cần dự báo, hành động phản ứng và kết quả kỳ sau; mạng tiến độ mô tả cách ảnh hưởng truyền tới mốc hoàn thành. Mạng Bayes động là một lựa chọn để suy luận trạng thái, còn học máy hỗ trợ đối chứng và giải thích dự báo. Sáu mệnh đề nghiên cứu được xây dựng cùng chỉ báo đo lường và điều kiện áp dụng. Đóng góp của bài là làm rõ quan hệ giữa cập nhật rủi ro và quyết định quản lý. Khung chưa được kiểm định bằng dữ liệu dự án; hiệu quả cảnh báo và giá trị quyết định cần được đánh giá trong nghiên cứu thực nghiệm tiếp theo.
