Phân tích các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự hợp tác giữa các bên tham gia dự án xây dựng trong giai đoạn thi công

Nghiên cứu này phân tích các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự hợp tác giữa các bên tham gia dự án xây dựng trong giai đoạn thi công. Dựa trên các nghiên cứu trước đây và ý kiến chuyên gia, 20 yếu tố đã được xác định và được nhóm thành 5 nhóm nhân tố chính thông qua kỹ thuật phân tích nhân tố. Bằng cách xếp hạng các yếu tố, nghiên cứu xác định được 3 yếu tố ảnh hưởng nhất đến sự hợp tác giữa các bên tham gia dự án xây dựng trong giai đoạn thi công bao gồm sự tin tưởng giữa các bên tham gia (tin tưởng lẫn nhau hay nghi ngờ lẫn nhau), sự trung thực giữa các bên tham gia (trung thực nhận trách nhiệm hay cố ý che giấu, đổ lỗi trách nhiệm khi xảy ra sự cố, vấn đề), sự hỗ trợ và ủng hộ từ ban quản lý cấp cao trong các công ty/doanh nghiệp của các bên tham gia. Kết quả nghiên cứu hy vọng sẽ giúp các bên tham gia dự án có cái nhìn cụ thể về các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự hợp tác giữa họ trong giai đoạn thi công, từ đó họ sẽ đưa ra các giải pháp, chiến lược thích hợp nhằm duy trì mối quan hệ kinh doanh lâu dài.
